• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
• Strong communicator and listener
• Strong basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ABO Certification
• Knowledge of Luxottica merchandise

Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure the Pearle Vision team provides unsurpassed Customer Service
• Create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs
• Lead team to execute operational, inventory, and optical tasks and ensure the best customer and patient experience

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
