Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 IT Technician to join our team, focusing on both the preparation and installation of phone systems and other IT solutions. In this role you will be programming hardware devices, install them on-site, provide technical support, and ensure existing and new systems function properly.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT experience, adept in networking, hardware, and software.
  • Proven capability in installing routers, programming phones, and system activation.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating new networks, troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, and installation of software.
  • Proficiency in basic wiring and installations like modifying CAT 5 wiring to phone ports, system activation, and troubleshooting post-installation issues.
  • Thorough understanding of security protocols, data backup, and recovery procedures to maintain system integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A Driver's license is a strong plus.
