Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
The Business Analyst in Lead Abatement unit will perform the following tasks:
- Daily creation of re-inspections and monitoring work orders for the vendors, review of abatement reports and data entry.
- Reviewing and updating of the reports and recording data in the lead abatement checklist.
- File documents in appropriate development folders.
Daily Duties/Tasks
- Creation of WO for re-inspection and monitoring
- Initial review of inspection reports
- Initial review of invoices and fixing error report
- Documentation of report
