The Role

The PDM Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of financial and administrative functions within the team. This role involves generating and filing monthly financial reports, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth coordination among team members

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

  • Generates and files monthly financial reports
  • Coordinates the team
  • Delegates tasks between team members and prioritizes projects accordingly
  • Assists with accounts receivable reconciliation functions including but not limited to applying payments to appropriate accounts, reconciling deposits, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Assists with Customer payment refunds with Credit or Debit Cards.
  • Assists with Pay near Me & Repay Charge backs.
  • Assists with Trade In & Trade Out processes.
  • Assists with Internal Payoffs.
  • Assists with annual external audits.
  • Assists with related special projects as required.

  • Accounting Degree, preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
