Job Summary
· We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to perform a variety of secretarial, clerical, administrative and creative duties.
Job Description & Responsibilities
· Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
· Answers phones and responds to emails.
· Schedules patient appointments utilizing our Electronic Medical Record System (we will provide training on our EMR).
· Obtains and verifies patient insurance eligibility.
· Greets patients and assists them through check-in and check-out process.
· Calculates and accepts patient payments.
· Conducts ordering, pick-ups and drop-offs for office supplies, mails, packages, etc.
· Manages the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· Engages with our online social media followers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow the community, and brainstorms creative ways to increase engagement.
· Works with the marketing, creative, and product teams to create high quality, engaging, and relevant social media content.
· Identifies trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities to grow in the social media space.
· The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications & Skills
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience: Preference will be given to those with past related work experience, and those interested in a long-term employment.
· Personality, Attitude and Demeanor: Passionate about helping patients; professional conduct and work-ethics; team-oriented; energetic; upbeat; outgoing; detail oriented; efficient; empathetic; positive attitude; mature; punctual; responsible; reliable; and motivated to take initiative.

· Professional appearance.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Demonstrates a keen artistic eye and a passion for crafting visually appealing and engaging social media content.
