**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent with a CDL Class A license to oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction crews and projects.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate all roofing activities on-site

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Manage and schedule roofing crews, ensuring optimal performance and productivity

- Inspect work to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

- Maintain detailed project records and documentation

- Operate and maintain construction equipment and vehicles as needed

 

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Roofing Superintendent

- Valid CDL Class A license

- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and safety protocols

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights

- Spanish Speaking is a must
