We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roll-Off Dumpster Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Class A Manual Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and experience operating roll-off trucks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of dumpsters to and from various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

- Operate roll-off dumpster trucks to transport dumpsters to and from job sites.

- Safely load, unload, and secure dumpsters on the truck.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues.

- Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups are completed on schedule.

- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pick-ups, and services provided.

- Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or requests professionally.

- Keep the truck clean and in good operating condition.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with manual transmission endorsement.

- Minimum [4 years] of experience operating a roll-off truck or similar heavy-duty vehicle.

- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.

- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
