Principal Responsibilities
Ensures the smooth running of the office and assists in improving company procedures and day-to-day operations in a pleasant environment
Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting procedures and standards to guide the operation of the business
Oversee the work of company employees to ensue productivity meets deadlines and company standards
Human Resource responsibilities including:
- Payroll
- Policy creation and adherence
- Creation and maintenance of company manuals, i.e. Policy and Procedure manuals, Employee Handbook, Training manual, MIOSHA, Job Descriptions
- Assist and coordinate the onboarding/orientation and training of new hires
- Manage internal staff relations
- Team member for company recruiting/interviewing team
- Accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Monitor and allocate office supplies, electronics, etc. as required
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Documentation of proven office management or administrative experience
