Beacon Wealth Advisory, a leading financial firm located in Overland Park, KS is currently seeking a full-time Client Relations Specialist to join our elite team of financial professionals. As a Client Relations Specialist at Beacon Wealth Advisory, this position is the driving force for our business and supporting our clients. You are an imperative part of our business in cultivating and maintaining client relationships.

 

Client Relations Specialist Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing office support for an independent financial professional office
  • Setting appointments with current and prospective clients to meet with our financial planners, utilizing call-scripts and financial terminology
  • Providing client support to clients and answering general client inquiries and questions
  • Entering and maintaining client data into CRM system
  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for our financial planners
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong, meaningful relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Proactively communicating with consumers following events and provide timely follow-up when needed
  • Assisting with client requests such as withdrawal forms, change of beneficiary forms and change of address forms.
  • Filling out new policy/account paperwork with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Various administrative duties as assigned

Client Relations Specialist Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (Required)
  • Strong ability to be a self-starter and work independently (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working in the financial services industry (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude and the ability to be calm, friendly, pleasant while making connections with others

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and offers a starting salary of $38,000. Additional hours may be required based on business needs. In addition to salary, this position also offers a $50 monthly health and wellness reimbursement.
