Our client, a global technology company based in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Program Manager with expertise in Capital Funding.

W2 Contract: Jun 03, 2024 - Jan 31, 2025

Location: REMOTE (PST)

Pay Range: $60.00 - $69.00 per hour DOE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Manage daily transactional activities that align with the Capital Funding Rhythm of the Business
    • Quality control on submission – ensure slides are executive-level ready
    • FY24 Tracker Maintenance
    • All funding is manual – make sure they are representing the project/budget correctly
    • Focus on quality control
    • Email Inbox & Assignments
    • ADO Processing Primary
    • Capital funding requests and dispersed space cycles

Skills:

  • 5+ years of organization (experience with time-management skills, prioritization, highly flexible environment, and alludes to high processing volumes)
  • 5+ years of Advanced Excel experience (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas (data validation), etc.)
  • 5+ years of General Business Acumen (understanding enterprise business and what it entails)
  • Capital funding experience
  • Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
