Expected Duration: Contract of 06+ Months

Job Type: Contract and Remote

Pay Range: $60 - $62/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Top Skills:

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. Organization (experience with time-management skills, prioritization, highly flexible environment and alludes to high processing volumes) - 5+ YOE. Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas (data validation), etc.) - 5+ YOE General Business Acumen (understanding enterprise business and what it entails) - 5+ YOE.

* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is within process of the operations and governance team - capital funding and governance specifically with capital spending. This role is heavily tailored towards capital funding process. This is funded by finance group and sponsor supports them. This is to manage transactional work for capital funding for projects.

Job Description:

Summary:

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Manage daily transactional activities that align to the Capital Funding Rhythm of Business

    Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

    Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years' experience required.
