Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00. Some Saturday morning shifts will be available and are Optional.

Responsibilities:

  • Review completed forms to see that all necessary information has been entered for data entry
  • Follow up on incomplete forms pending submission of additional materials by applicant
  • Determine client eligibility and authorize payments on behalf of fuel assistance clients in emergencies to ensure deliveries and restoration of services
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide information about services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Experience working in a non-profit a plus
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus
  • Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
