The Marketing Associate/Project manager position will include but are not limited to the below responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing strategies.

- Assist in the curation and communication of marketing objective and programs to all applicable personnel.

- Be able to review and confirm the accurate launch of all marketing programs.

- Maintain a well-organized checklist of all marketing items as it relates to property dispositions and acquisitions.

- Must be able to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients via calls, emails, webinars, and presentations.

- Possess the ability to review in fine detail all written and created materials to ensure quality content is provided.

- Be available for occasional travel out-of-town for meetings and educational conferences.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

- Enthusiastic about detail

- Must be able to review items very closely to confirm accuracy

- Must possess strong writing skills

- Possess exceptional communication ability

- Be able to identify any incorrect aspects of a project and inform the team responsible

- Strong ability to manage time and perform under pressure to hit deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2+ years of marketing experience required
