Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
· Proficiently work with various metal conduits, including running and bending them to specified angles, as outlined in plans. Execute tasks such as pulling wires, labeling panels, and boxing out rooms with precision.
· Skilled in reading blueprints, performing quality testing and inspections, and installing wiring, control systems, and lighting systems effectively.
· Be an expert at identifying electrical issues and applying strong problem-solving skills to resolve them efficiently.
· Experience or knowledge in multiple construction trades is considered an asset.
Qualifications and Experience:
· A minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in Commercial Electrical Construction.
· Demonstrated ability to work with both high and low voltages, including systems up to 600 amps.
· Extensive field experience in both commercial and residential construction, with a background in facilities maintenance, property management, and tenant improvements highly valued.
· OSHA Certification is an asset.
· Proficiency in Procore is a plus
· Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
· Must have reliable transportation & basic tools
