Electrical Foreman/Superintendent Job Description

We are a Scottsdale-based multifamily and residential developer seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/Superintendent to lead our electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and coordinate electrical installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion and meet project goals.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project progress, materials used, and labor costs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent.
  • Electrician license required.
  • Experience with multifamily and residential electrical work preferred.
  • Large-scale commercial experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
