National Sales Representative

International Textile supplier is seeking qualified National Sales Representatives who will help continue this sales engine push into the next stages of growth. Bring your unique skill set as well as your drive in developing and building your own sales plan to coincide with the overall company plan.
The ideal National Sales Representatives will need to have experience with-in the textile industry working with importers, converters, distributors, manufacturers, big brands and clients within the Industrial, Outdoor, Marine, Medical and Hospitality industries with a 4 step sales processes, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
We are looking for excellent talents with textile fabrics experience and industry relationships who are kind, outgoing and see any rejections as opportunities 2 with a successful history, who can inspire personal and team growth. These roles demand our National Sales Representatives have a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise and motivate clients on buying habits and most importantly to ensure clients receive our white glove service.
Objectives
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Identify new innovations and opportunities for textile and sewn product industry.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, optimizing sales goals, analyzing performance data, and staying abreast of the industry.
- Willing to constantly optimize and maximize the resources provided to achieve results.
- Creates pipeline for generating effective leads and establish, nurture newly obtained relationships.
- Continuously seek new opportunities and close deals.
- Be the client’s best asset in support, follow through and first choice to supply products
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for your industries of target that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Meet with current and potential clients to develop long-lasting relationships that continually address their needs and generates continuous sales
- Ensure that company standards are met by holding brief daily check-ins with sales management to monitor progress and request assistance when appropriate
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Attend local, regional, and national tradeshows when required
- Daily use of CRM
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in managing and selling to clients with-in the textile industries
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb relationship building ability
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
- Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team that wears many hats and sees the bigger picture
