Job DescriptionJob Description

Clear Lake Marina in Fremont, Indiana is looking to hire a Service Writer. This position will work at our service Desk and directly with our service manager. Some of the desired qualifications listed below.

- Prefer some experience in the marine industry or have knowledge or have been around the lake atmosphere and boats in general. Willing to train the right individual.

- Proficient computer skills

- Must have good communication skills and be detailed oriented

- Answer phone calls, address customer concerns and complaints

- Create work orders based on information received from the customer..

- Able to handle workloads during our busy season in Spring and Fall

- Professional appearance required as you will be dealing with our customers face to face daily.

Spring, Summer and Fall Hours Tuesday thru Saturday

Tuesday thru Friday 9-5 p.m.

Saturday 9-4 p.m.

Winter hours Monday thru Friday 9 to 3 p.m.
