As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting our services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to and consulting with customers, following up on services requested, and providing estimated completion times.
- Service Coordination: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders.
- Pricing and Promotions: Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promote shop service specials, and ensure accurate pricing and billing.
- Technician Oversight: Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service writer experience.
- General automotive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
