Compensation: $20.00-$25.00

Location: Reston, VA

Schedule:

  • Week 1
    • Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun:
    • Wed, Thurs: Off
  • Week 2
    • Wed, Thurs:
    • Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun: Off
  • Will average to about 35-40 hour/week
  • Shifts available
    • 1 am - 11 am
    • 11 am - 9 pm
    • 7 pm - 5 am

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and assigning routes
  • Tracking and monitoring drivers
  • Tracking and monitoring airline flight arrival times
  • Identifying potential delays and adjusting routes as needed
  • Handling customer service calls and emails, including booking requests
  • Booking transportation requests

Ensuring we provide customers with on-time transportation is the main responsibility of this role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a position that required customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently as well as collaborate with a team.
  • Ability work towards a deadline with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of DC Metropolitan Area
