At Global Executive Solutions Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of heavy machinery, equipment, and materials
  • Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize space utilization and ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide training on proper handling and storage techniques
  • Monitor real-time operations and identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the transportation storage industry

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, construction, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software
  • Experience working with heavy machinery, equipment, and construction materials
  • Certification in forklift operation and other warehouse equipment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
