Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver trending social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
  • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
  • Develop and execute quarterly client events 
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new real estate agents to the team by providing marketing tools and resources 
  • Develop and manage effective automated email campaigns for database marketing engagement 
  • Manage digital & print monthly newsletter 
  • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
  • Oversee all new community and luxury launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
  • Other agent marketing requests as needed


Job Qualifications

  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
  • Develops innovative forward design concepts
  • Minimal design experience preferred (Canva)
  • Experience in email marketing platform preferred
