Primary Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, train, and retain all personnel
- Continuously improve production processes
- Ensure the consistent execution of all SOP's throughout the facility
- Responsible for achieving production goals for volume and quality
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Cost management and negotiations with suppliers on plant purchases
- Approve scheduling of production jobs to meet customer due dates and achieve maximum efficiency
- Quote new production jobs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Production Management experience (manufacturing)
- Strong communication skills
