Job Overview:
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues.
- Install, adjust, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
