The Finance Team and Your Role:
This opportunity will be a part of a cross-functional team led by our CFO. Phoenix Capital Group is growing fast, and we need a team member that will be able to help develop and manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in the fastest growing segment of the company, its non-traditional capital raise. Phoenix has changed the way that companies are traditionally financed by launching a direct to consumer debt security. This role is pivotal in ensuring investors and their investments are appropriately accounted for, interest is paid correctly and timely, maturities are being tracked, and new investments are added to the cap. tables daily.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Maintain multiple securities and their cap. tables
· Assist in developing processes and procedures to increase reliability
· Work with the tech team to implement changes to the investment process and portal
· Produce monthly interest payment files and accrual and accretion entries
· Prepare daily reports for management

Required Skills:
· BS in Accounting
· 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
· Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Willingness to learn a new industry
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
