We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This position requires a strong background in metrology and calibration, with specific experience in physical, dimensional, temperature, and electrical calibration. The role is 100% onsite at our Woodridge site in St. Paul, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical, dimensional, temperature, and electrical calibrations on a variety of instruments and equipment.
- Ensure all calibration activities are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate calibration records and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other calibration technicians and team members to ensure calibration processes meet quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain and calibrate calibration equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physical, dimensional, temperature, and electrical calibration.
- CCT (Certified Calibration Technician) accreditation with at least 3 years of experience is acceptable.
- Strong background in metrology is required, with ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification preferred.
- Proficient in using calibration equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
