Job Description:

ProServe is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy the flexibility of working independently and are driven by commission-based earnings. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our revenue cycle services, directly contributing to the growth and success of ProServe. And for that, you will be financially rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand ProServe's client base in your chosen territory. That sounds hard, but it's not hard with a subscription to one of the many CRM systems. Plus, you can choose what area you would like to target. OR if you're feeling froggy, jump to target the whole country.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. We'll provide a Lead generator tool....duh.
  • Present and demonstrate ProServe's revenue cycle services, highlighting the benefits and value to potential clients. This happens after several training sessions of course.
  • Meet and exceed sales milestones to earn performance-based bonuses. This is all up to you. You bring in more money, we give you more money.
  • Collaborate with the ProServe team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients. Just a little collaboration, and then you move on to your next sale. Like a one-page email or something. We'll take it from there.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or billing/revenue cycle industry: We could work with no experience in the medical billing/RCM industry, but must have sales in the healthcare space to be in the top candidate list... Or close to it...
  • In-depth knowledge of private practice physician billing and revenue cycle management: You don't have to be known as the "Billing Whisperer," but it would be nice. You need to know what's up in the private practice world.
  • Strong research and lead management skills: I mean, how hard is it if you have a lead generation tool??
  • Chatterbox Champion: Looking for someone with communication skills that could charm the stethoscope off a doctor, all while making a complex move to a new billing solution sound as simple as ordering a pizza.
  • Self-Starter Extraordinaire: Need you to feel as motivated as a kid in a candy store and thrive in a commission-based world where every sale feels like a victory dance.
