We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments In large volume, inspections
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Use gorilla desk Software
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • QuickBooks desktop
  • Billing
  • Scheduling annual termite inspections

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Cleanliness with workspace
  • Microsoft word and Excel

Working hours will be Mon-Fri from 8AM to 1PM

        Must live local to the area
