We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team Customer Service is the heartbeat of our company. We depend on our customer service department to serve our customers and fulfill our promise of reliability. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone
· Provide information about the products and services
· Help customers resolve product issues and concerns
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
· Replying to emails, helpdesk, reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be proficient on MS Office - Word, Outlook, and Excel
Location and Hours:
On-site in Ontario, CA
Monday to Friday - Dayshift
