Machine Operators will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality products that meet company standards.

Job Expectations:

  • Operate and monitor machines during production
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality
  • Perform assembly and use personal protective equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on machines
  • Inspect products for quality control
  • Assist with general repair and inspections

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience operating machinery or equipment, particularly in a food production setting
  • Knowledge of machine operator, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical work orders and safety instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with GMP and food safety
