Our team invites you to join our fun, loving, talented crew in the field of Developmental Disability Services. We serve an amazing population of people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental delays throughout the Rogue Valley.

Our company mission is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of Individuals with Developmental disabilities and empower them to lead a fulfilling life. We have a variety of positions available for continued growth with the company. Our entry-level position as a Direct Support Professional functions similarly to a caregiving role. We support our clients to make healthy decisions, model and encourage functional social behavior, encourage community involvement, assist with activities of daily living and much more.

As a DSP, which stands for Direct Support Professional, you would be working directly with clients, supporting them in all aspects of their daily lives. This can include, but is not limited to, helping them with hygiene needs, toileting, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, driving them to and from activities and appointments, and most importantly, companionship.

Each of our residential homes serves between 1-3 individuals. We provide a company vehicle for employees to use during daily activities. We like to stay active and have fun and encourage our clients to participate in a wide range of community activities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Pass a criminal background check.

2. Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

3. Be Punctual, reliable, and have integrity

4. Patience and empathy for disabled individuals

5. Ability to follow written care plans

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week

Schedule: We provide 24-hour care to the resident in our homes and utilize several scheduling models to best serve the needs of the clients.

  • We offer a variety of shift schedules, including 8, 12, 24, and 36-hour shifts (including paid sleep time).
