We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join and support our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all industrial machinery, equipment, and facilities within our organization. The Maintenance Technician supports company employees as well as interacting daily with non-company personnel, as such, must be friendly and flexible, be resourceful, have a proactive attitude and be able to see projects through completion. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus Apply ASAP

Type:         Day Shift M-F 6AM-2:30PM Temp-to-Hire
Due to production/shift needs there may be occasional evening and/or weekend work required

Pay:           $29-$33

Location:  Littleton, CO

Day to Day:

·        Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.

·        Completes routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent potential mechanical failures.

·        Evaluates, repairs, and maintains industrial equipment.

·        Receives and responds to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues quickly with safety and accuracy as the priority.

·        Works on conveying systems, production machinery, saws, bridges, packaging equipment and other miscellaneous equipment.

·        Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.

·        Cleans and lubricates machine parts.

·        Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

·        Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs necessary repairs.

·        Maintains accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed.

·        Organizes tool cage and work spaces within warehouse and yard while keeping a clean and safe work environment.

·        Ability to research, read, and interpret equipment manuals.

·        Maintains all tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.

·        Occasionally performs routine facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, changing lights, plumbing, rooftop repair, hanging items, etc.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Background of Candidate:

·        2-5 years+ of experience working as an industrial maintenance technician.

·        Ability to work independently, effectively, safely and complete all tasks with attention to detail.

·        Pneumatics and hydraulics maintenance experience.

·        Mechanical and light electrical experience.

·        Proficiency in tracking maintenance activities with accuracy.

·        Ability to troubleshoot and analyze all mechanical devices.

·        Familiarity with reading schematics and using hand and power tools.

·        Experience working on saws, bridges, conveyors automated or manual.

·        Bonus points if you have worked with Triad Router Bridge or Nailing Bridge.

Physical Requirements

·        Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time.

·        Manual Dexterity.

·        Ability to walk around, crawl under, climb up (ladders), kneel, stoop, and reach.

·        Lift/ push/ pull up to 50 pounds and carry objects 50 feet.

·        Work indoors/outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.

·        Some confined spaces and body contorting.
