Operations Manager

This is a Direct Hire position for Operations Manager.
Major Responsibilities::
- Direct construction operations and personnel project management
- Develop and implement process automation
- Customer service, and employee recruiting/development
General Description of what the Job Consist of:
Operations:
- Directing construction operations.
- Procuring materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Asset optimization.
- Manage field operations personnel. Co-ordination daily technicians with customer schedules. Audit daily production, develop and implement process automation. Customer interaction and communication.
- Personnel:
- Supervise field technicians.
- Recruiting, employee development and performance.
- Develop quality improvement strategies
- . Safety program oversight.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Construction Management Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a keen understanding of a production-based environment focused on motivating individuals.
- Proven leadership with the ability to gain respect and coach individuals for continual improvement of team results.
- Must be able to work independently, outstanding attendance, and perform with minimal supervision.
- Fluent with modern day computer programs, MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
Education Requirements:
- Post-secondary, trade-school or equivalent work experience.
