We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Compile reports from personnel databases

  • This is an HR administrative duties with the role (ordering lunch, scheduling meetings, sorting mail).

  • Ideal candidate would have an Associates degree or Bachelor and some experience in HR.

  • Looking for someone to grow with us.

  • They would be covering my upcoming leave and as this is Temp-Hire and room for growth.

  • We would offer tuition reimbursement to assist them with getting a bachelors degree.

  • If you could search for candidates and see what you can find in the local area. Pay would be dependent on experience.

  • Review and update HR information system records
  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

  • Previous experience in Human Resources
