What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation
  • 7+ years managing enterprise-level projects/programs, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams
  • Experience managing vendor/partnership relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • Experience working with Veteran Affairs and/or military health systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships with C-Suite executives and leaders in various departments to ensure our client meets contractual and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, IT Director, and Project Managers to define, plan, track, and communicate projects transparently and effectively.
  • Oversee daily program management throughout the life cycle, including governance, planning, risk management, resource utilization, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Contract Management and Quality Process Improvement teams to ensure contract deliverables are met and project methodologies are continuously improved.
