About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in SEO, Google ad campaigns, social media management, and web design. This role requires a strong portfolio and a proven track record in social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will manage outside vendors who assist with our digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage Google Ads and spending across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Utilize extensive SEO knowledge to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Lead social media strategy, identifying growth opportunities and managing the content calendar.
  • Produce weekly/monthly content schedules aligning with brand campaigns and product pushes.
  • Optimize social media platforms using best practices (handles, tagging, hashtags).
  • Develop creative content strategies for live streams and videos.
  • Maintain and create websites as a webmaster.
  • Analyze digital content performance and provide regular insights to the team.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Ads, SEO, and social media management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns with substantial budgets.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and their features.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to follow directions efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Creative writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail in spelling and grammar.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Additional Information:

  • Employer may consider short term remote work for 1-2 days a week based on circumstances.
  • Candidates should be prepared to present a portfolio of work and demonstrate a track record of social media content for review.
