Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Center Director at Code Ninjas located in the south side of Kansas City, with flexibility for some remote work. The Center Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, including managing the staff, overseeing curriculum implementation and quality assurance, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. The Center Director will also be responsible for marketing and promoting the center and building relationships with parents and the local community. Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Experience in educational or child-centered settings

• Knowledge of coding and computer science concepts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in marketing and sales.
