AG Client in the Kingsburg area is seeking an Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of their team You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and record deliveries to customers
  • Distribute invoices for sales review 
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Individual must have experience with Bank & Credit Card reconciliations, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Journal Entries, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets.  Preferred Accounting Ag Experience.  Must be flexible with shift and work overtime and weekends if necessary.
