Aspire Surgical is looking for a dedicated, friendly and detail-oriented team member to support our front office team. This role is a unique and exciting way to interact with patients over the phone and support them in their oral surgery journey. You will have a chance to connect with referring offices, patients and team members. We look forward to discussing how you can make a positive impact.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
  • Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for consultation and/or treatment
  • Quickly respond to incoming appointment requests and referrals
  • Monitor patient accounts receivable, collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
  • Update necessary documents in patient chart
  • Outbound calls to patients to schedule new appointments
  • Additional duties as needed
Requirements:

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
  • Customer Service experience
  • Passion for delivering the best experience
  • Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
