In 2024, my business partner and I acquired Love Field Auto in the hopes of continuing to support small and medium-sized businesses. Significant opportunities exist for training, professional development, and promotion into levels of increased responsibility such as General Manager within 6-12 month based on performance, including increased compensation, profit-sharing, and more.

The service writer will be responsible for being the front-line in customer relations; welcome clients in a prompt and professional manner and determine the nature of their vehicle needs.

  • Communicate effectively and transparently with technicians to ensure the customers concerns about their vehicle are fixed correctly
  • Present an easy to understand and best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle
  • Possess the ability to sell our services consistently and effectively without jeopardizing honesty, fairness and integrity
  • Provide great customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customer in a timely manner using their preferred communication preference
  • Monitor progress of all vehicles present and don’t hesitate to ask questions or have a contrarian view
  • Contact customers after diagnostics are completed on their vehicle
  • Inform customers of the technicians’ findings and provide an accurate as well as transparent estimate for repair cost and completion time.
  • Document date and time of all total charges authorized by our customers
  • Explain all services and charges in a simple way to customers during checkout
  • Verify customer information including current phone numbers for contact, email address and home address
  • Effectively interface with RV rental customers, understanding their needs and providing efficient, positive and transparent service to them
