SUMMARY

Crispy Cocktails is in need of a Sales Representative The position will be focused on the promotion and sale of our company’s top-notch, high quality canned cocktails.  The ideal candidate will be honest, reliable, self-motivating, hard-working, responsible and excited to help build a young, aspiring brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Support Crispy’s Core Values, Purpose and Philosophies

·       Focus on increasing market share through existing account base and new accounts that include liquor stores, bars, restaurants, pubs, taverns, clubs, event space, and anywhere liquor is sold

·       Increase distribution and sales in your local territory

·       Identify new markets that are not being penetrated and develop a plan to establish business relationships with these accounts

·       Plan and execute a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly plan of goals and account calls within each territory and complete calls to local buyers, decision makers and key account managers

·       Plan and execute promotional events with key retailers geared towards building sales and distribution

·       Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, stocking coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of the brand

·       Plan/Manage/Supervise all special events and festivals in the territory

·       Conduct wait staff and bartender training, tastings and promotions

·       Complete all required logs, paperwork, and forms to document sales and/or expenses

·       Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times

·       Maintain and report on an expense budget within the given parameters

·       Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

·       Conduct required inventories

·       Help in delivering products to customers

·       Help keep the warehouse clean at all times

·       Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Must be at least 21 years of age

·       Be a self-starter/self-motivated

·       Able to work a flexible schedule; nights and weekends

o    9am-6pm Monday-Friday and tasting/events/festivals that can be anytime Thursdays-Sundays

·       Possess excellent organizational, planning and sales skills

·       Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a continual basis

·       Able to maintain excellent customer service and high level of ethics while working under pressure

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Some travel will be required

·       Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record

·       Must pass a drug test and background screening as required

PAY PARAMETERS

·       For highly qualified sales representatives

o    Starting Salary of $60,000

o    Quarterly bonuses based on Sales Figures

$  .07 a can for over 3,000 cases sold ($5,040 +)

$  .08 a can for over 4,000 cases sold ($7,680 +)

$  .09 a can for over 5,280 cases sold ($11,405 +)
