What sets us apart is that not only are we roofing experts, we are General Contractors equipped to handle all aspects of storm related damage. We are also insurance experts. Our job is to make sure clients do not pay any out-of-pocket expenses besides their deductible and any upgrades. The culture of Havoc Roofing is second to none. THE ROLE
As the main point of contact for the homeowner, you will be responsible for being the face of the company. As an Outside Sales Rep, you should be able to demonstrate the company’s core values at all times while representing the company. The OSR is responsible for treating all co-workers, sub-contractors, homeowners, and vendors as though they were representing their own business.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Be ready to take calls to respond to customers during severe weather.
- Present and sell roofing, siding, gutters, or windows to clients.
- Responsible for self-generated leads & company-issued leads.
- Be present at your job sites and managing customer experience.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly team meetings.
- Hit monthly/yearly goals
- Full home inspections including siding, roof, windows, etc.
