We work as hard as we play, go home tired and sometimes covered in dog hair and slobber, but we absolutely love what we do This is a great opportunity for those with experience, college students (especially animal science majors) and anyone interested in a career with dogs. Duties included but not limited to:

Dog handling experience (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CONSIDER OWNING YOUR OWN PET ANIMAL EXPERIENCE)

  • Customer service experience
  • Confidence with all types and levels of dogs
  • Cleaning all main areas, including wash down/sanitizing of and yards
  • Monitoring play in the kennel exercise yards and in the min daycare yard
  • Helping with pick-up and drop-offs
  • Evaluating, socializing, and safely introducing new dogs to the pack
  • Poop Scooping, filling water buckets, and health checks
  • Bathing and nail trimming

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of professional animal experience.
  • Work well with others.
  • Weekends and Holiday Availability. Our busy time is summer and holidays. You will be expected to work during these times.
  • Working in all weather conditions.
  • Able to spend long period on your feet.
