Overview:
Crossover Clothing, a dynamic and innovative apparel company, is seeking a motivated and energetic NIL Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about collegiate and high school sports, and experienced in sales and marketing. As a NIL Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach by collaborating with student athletes to help them build and monetize their personal brands through custom clothing and merchandise.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential student athletes across college and high school sports.
  • Work closely with athletes and their representatives to understand their branding needs and propose tailored solutions using our print-on-demand merchandise system.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current athlete partners, ensuring their branding and merchandise needs are met.
  • Educate athletes and institutions on the benefits and processes involved in our NIL partnership model.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand our presence within the collegiate and high school markets.
  • Provide feedback to our product and design teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of athletes and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the sports, apparel, or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) regulations and its implications for student athletes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals and expand business opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related fields is preferred but not required.
