This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers amazing customer service, and has the skills to understand what our leads need and how our industry-leading software can help them grow their business.

This Sales position is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company whose mission is to help licensed real estate agents achieve their business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for the purpose of closing a sale

  • Take inbound calls in response to inquiries

  • Continually communicate with leads throughout the sales process

  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, answering questions, and overcoming objections

  • Add to the positive, inquisitive, high energy culture in the sales department

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

  • Comply with company sales verbiage/content standards as outlined in sales meetings, individual reviews, and company knowledge base

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, listening, and written

  • 2+ years previous experience in Outbound Sales with strong closing success

  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution oriented

  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts

  • Ability to quickly build knowledge base regarding our platform, our ideal customer, and our industry

  • Strong computer skills a must, experience with online chat or Salesforce a plus

  • Reliable Internet Service is a MUST

  • Real Estate Experience is a plus
