Property Maintenance Manager
Pay Rate: $20/hr DOE
Schedule: 30 hrs / week, Flexible (hours will vary, schedule provided start of each week)

Responsibilities:
 

  • Maintenance manager for 14 lease properties in the Humble / Spring Area
  • Perform a variety of repairs on lease properties as required,  such as sheet rock repair,  plumbing repairs,  lawn care,  minor electrical repairs and others
  • Arrange and schedule vendors for larger repairs
  • Ensure leases are up to date
  • Take calls from leasees


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma  
  • Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs on lease properties. (Drywall repair, light fixtures, light plumbing)
  • Drivers Licenses with clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a Background check and Drug Screen
