As a Disposition Manager at MTHS, you will play a crucial role in our success by managing relationships with our investors and helping assign our deals to the right buyer. Your responsibilities will include representing our brand with professionalism, consistent touch points with hundreds of investors, setting up in-person meetings, attending networking events, hosting walk-throughs at our properties, building new relationships, and having a strong sense of each buyer’s desired investment properties. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients and help them achieve their investment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to buyers promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize our established processes.
  • Attend networking events and be a brand ambassador.
  • Schedule in-person meetings to grow relationships.
  • Host investor walkthroughs at our properties.
  • Host meetups on behalf of MTHS.
  • Negotiate terms to sell properties.
  • Maintain a high level of availability via phone to assist potential clients Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST, with occasional communications on weekends as well.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer client inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets to earn bonuses based on individual and company performance.
