Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collections, and insurance claim processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the clinic's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit payroll and tax filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Perform financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the clinic's financial assets.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Present financial modeling, long-term planning, and investment analysis.
  • Stay current with changes in healthcare finance regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, including insurance billing and reimbursement processes, preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial management.

This role offers a starting salary of $75,000 annually, with an increase to $90,000 annually after 90 days.
