Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, leading, documenting, and directing clinical care provided by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel. This role requires a focus on compliance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice, along with a dedication to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' medical and psychiatric needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and their families, providing education on treatment plans and fostering therapeutic relationships.
  • Lead and direct nursing personnel in delivering high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care and practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse or ability to obtain licensure by the start of employment.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred but not required.
