- Financial Clearance: You will work closely with patients to ensure that all financial obligations are met, and that patients understand their financial responsibilities.
- Insurance Verification: You will verify patients' insurance coverage and ensure that all necessary authorizations are obtained.
- Communication: You will provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring that all communication is clear and concise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting; 0-1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility or related area preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in medical terminology and computer systems.
- Competitive Pay: $26.25 per hour, with shift differentials available.
