Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration and Scheduling: You will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Financial Clearance: You will work closely with patients to ensure that all financial obligations are met, and that patients understand their financial responsibilities.
  • Insurance Verification: You will verify patients' insurance coverage and ensure that all necessary authorizations are obtained.
  • Communication: You will provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring that all communication is clear and concise.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
