We are looking for a qualified Office Assistant to help with the administration of duties in our Business Office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hard-working and able to work diligently under pressure. Bookkeeping or accounting background is helpful and preferred. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and is a key role in our business operations.

Responsibilities Include

  • Daily cash & credit card reconciliation
  • Bank Deposit preparation
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable checks
  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Maintain Employee Manual and forms for each department

Skills

  • Strong accounting, bookkeeping, math background
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Hours per week:

  • 15-20
  • Times & days are flexible
  • Remote work not available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
